By booking or receiving any treatment or service, you agree to the terms below. These ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

1. General Information

Quiet Vines Boutique Spa offers premium wellness, beauty, and relaxation treatments performed by trained professionals with the utmost care and attention to hygiene and safety.

Our operating hours are:

Monday – Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Sunday: 9 AM – 4 PM

2. Appointments & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability.
Some treatments or multi-hour sessions may require a deposit to confirm your booking.
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email at bookings@quietvines.co.za.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax and complete any required forms.
Guests who arrive late may have their treatment time reduced while being charged in full.

3. Treatment Availability

All treatments and packages are available only within published validity dates and during listed operating hours.
Day-specific specials (e.g. Monday Sanctuary, Tuesday Petal Treats, etc.) are valid only on the days stated and cannot be transferred to other days.
Last booking times differ per special and are specified in each promotion.
Quiet Vines Boutique Spa reserves the right to amend or withdraw specials, pricing, or timing without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing (WhatsApp or email).
24 hours or less notice – 100 % cancellation fee applies.
More than 48 hours’ notice – booking may be rescheduled or converted into a voucher.
No-shows are charged in full.
Refunds, where approved, carry a R50 administration fee.

5. Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue and are not redeemable for cash.
Vouchers cannot be extended or used after expiry.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Vouchers and promotions may not be combined with other discounts.
Management reserves the right to change or end promotional offers without prior notice.

6. Health Disclosure & Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before treatment.
Treatments are not a substitute for medical care and should not be considered medical advice or therapy.
Failure to disclose medical information releases Quiet Vines Boutique Spa from any liability.
All services are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While every treatment is carried out with professional care, Quiet Vines Boutique Spa, its owners, management, and staff accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, allergic reaction, or adverse effect resulting from services or products provided.
Participation in any treatment constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

8. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to avoid disruption to following appointments. The full fee remains payable.

9. Spa Etiquette & Code of Conduct

At Quiet Vines, we foster a calm and respectful atmosphere for all guests. Please observe the following:

Arrive a few minutes early to unwind before your session.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent within spa areas.
No food or outside beverages are permitted in treatment rooms.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Tips are appreciated but not mandatory.
Non-Nudity Policy: Quiet Vines Boutique Spa is a professional spa. Clients must wear underwear at all times during treatments. Therapists are trained to ensure your comfort and modesty. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

10. Right of Refusal

Quiet Vines Boutique Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other guests.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended without notice.
The latest version is always available on our website.
